Shipping policy

Surmantra, operated by SURMANTRA LLP, delivers every order digitally. Nothing is shipped physically. Here is how delivery works.

1. How Your Order Arrives

We email you a link to your private Studio Pass. You listen there first, can swap to a second version if the first isn't right, and find the gift page link to send to the person the song is for. The gift page plays the song, and it's theirs to keep.

What each package includes

  • The Song: your full personalised song, a private gift page, and a download to keep.
  • The Keepsake: everything in The Song, plus a cinematic lyric video, a painted cover portrait made from the photo you share, 14 printable keepsake artworks, and 1 song revision.
  • The Spotlight: everything in The Keepsake, plus release on Spotify and Apple Music, and 2 song revisions.
  • Spotify release add-on: available on The Song and The Keepsake.

Your files are yours to keep. If a link ever stops working, write to us and we will resend it free.

2. Delivery Time

  • All packages: within 24 hours of your order.
  • Release on Spotify and Apple Music: the streaming services take a further 5 to 7 business days to publish the song after we deliver it to you.

Delivery runs 7 days a week. If an order is going to be late, we tell you by email.

3. What You Hear From Us

  • Order confirmation: by email, straight after payment.
  • Song ready: an email with your Studio Pass link and the gift link to share.
  • New version ready: an email whenever a swap or revision you asked for is done.

4. Swaps and Revisions

Every package includes a free swap to a second version. The Keepsake includes 1 song revision and The Spotlight includes 2. On The Song, an Extra Revision can be added when you order, for Rs 249 (US$25 outside India).

Ask for swaps and revisions on your Studio Pass within 7 days of delivery. Each revision takes up to 72 hours.

5. Tracking Your Order

Your Studio Pass shows where your song is at every stage. You can also use the Track Order page on our website with your order number and email.

6. Didn't Get the Email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Add hello@surmantra.com to your contacts.
  • Write to us and we will resend it straight away.

7. Customers Outside India

We deliver worldwide by email, with the same delivery time. Prices outside India may be shown in US dollars. There are no shipping charges.
