I read this really informative article in the US News magazine, the link to which was posted in the WMAG blog and it tied in very well with Sara’s flexible schedule posting. I am not there yet, my little one is only 15 months. I still love being in an office environment. Although I am not dealing with pre-school yet. I feel a perfect scenario would be when the day care facility is at the work premises. How nice would that be. That’s a really informative article Susan. Thanks for sharing. I am totally jealous of the employee who can take off for a few years and come back as a partner. WOw! says a lot about the organization. It’s not an easy answer, as everything else in life.
